Wilson posts triple-double to lead Irvington past Technology – Girls basketball recap
Janasia Wilson posted a triple-double with 25 points, 10 rebounds, 12 steals and five blocks as Irvington defeated Technology 49-19 in Newark.
Wilson, the team’s leading scorer at 22.5 points per game, posted her eighth game of 20-plus points and her second triple-double of the season.
Irvington (10-3) held a 25-8 lead over Technology (1-6) at the half thanks to a 20-4 run in the second quarter to win its second-consecutive game.
Samaia Dixon also contributed 11 points with Micha lah Kingsberry pulling down 10 rebounds.
