Vysnova Partners Loses Protest Over Cybersecurity Proposal Snub

The General Services Administration properly rejected Vysnova Partners Inc.'s proposal to provide cybersecurity support services based on the proposal’s failure to include required pricing information for the Maryland program management firm’s subcontractors, according to a GAO decision.

Vysnova challenged the summary rejection of its proposal, arguing that the agency’s solicitation didn’t prohibit offering companies from proposing “unpriced” subcontractors. The US Government Accountability Office disagreed in a decision released Wednesday, saying the solicitation required documentation for all labor line items, along with cost and price documentation for all proposed subcontractors.
