PUA/WIN32 Presenoker – False Positive?

Hello,

I was updating my malware programs(including rkill,adwcleaner etc) and  decided to download pc hunter as well. from the website.

Soon as i downloaded from the website  the windows defender found that it is infected with the presenoker malware. Is this false positive? i deleted the pc hunter zip file and the unzipped folder, ran adwcleaner,malwarebytes anti malware,eset anti malware,sophos anti malware but windows defender still shows it as active.

Any suggestions?
