According to Business Insider, Microsoft will stop delivering security updates to Windows 7 machines in January 2020, but the company will start nagging you to upgrade to Windows 10 starting in April 2019.
Microsoft said in a blog post on Tuesday, "Beginning next month, if you are a Windows 7 customer, you can expect to see a notification appear on your Windows 7 PC,"
Despite the notifications, Windows 7 users will still get security updates until January 2020.
