Naga scholars ask to join NSA Kohima unit The Morung Express
Kohima, July 20 (MExN): The Naga Scholars Association (NSA) Kohima unit is inviting all the Naga scholars for registration as members of the Association.
Any person who has passed a Post Graduate degree from any recognised university is eligible for the membership, according Dr. Zavise Rume, president, NSA Kohima Unit.
He stated that the primary objective of the Association is to promote healthy interactions among the Naga scholars, to strive for academic excellence and to contribute ourselves to the growth and development of Naga socio-cultural, economic, cultural and education development.
The Association is a registered society with Delhi as the headquarters.
“We have the Naga scholars as members from all the Naga inhabited areas,” he stated adding that it also has Naga scholars as members from countries like US, Thailand, Japan, Australia, Singapore, etc.
He added that the Naga Scholars Association Delhi regularly organises many academic programmes in New Delhi.
