Mooyah hires technology VP | Fast Casual
MooyahBurgers, Fries & Shakes has hired Ed Andrews as VP of technology.
"Ed is joining the brand to further accelerate our growth and advance our technology by enhancing our online ordering experience, updating our in-store restaurant technology and powering the brand's entry into drive-thru," Doug Willmarth, president of Mooyah, said in a company press release.
Andrews joins the brand from Zoup, where he had worked as CTO for the past six years.
"The thing I love about the restaurant industry is that food is tangible, and something we all share," he said in the release. "I love food, I like to cook, and I'm pretty particular about my food. Mooyah, as a brand, is committed to using the best quality ingredients to make delicious tasting food, so that really attracted me.
"I'm going to take my experience and the things that I've learned and work to improve our technology and create those frictionless guest experiences."
Mooyah has nearly 100 locations and is looking for more franchise partners. The investment to develop a Mooyah ranges from $477,918 to $989,793
