The recent letter from Augusta Reimer in the ADN (April 1) could have been written by me! When GCI went to Yukon, it literally shut my TV off! I had no idea how to even get our local stations. My daughter spent hours getting my TV back, and I still haven’t figured out how to use the various buttons on remote. There are no directions provided. The stress has been horrible. If there was another choice for me, I would get rid of GCI completely.
This is just too much technology for us older folks!
