LC to receive $300K grant for technology advancements
Laredo College will be unveiling a significant grant next week to bring more technology to the campus.
A total of $300,000 is set to be announced to the school via the Accelerating Student Success Grant, which is funded by the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board.
LC said this donation "will result in new programs and workshops, innovative technology and approximately 170 laptops for students" and that it will "bolster the Center for Learning, Academic and Student Success and its services."
Laredo College will host the grant declaration Monday at the Falcon Bank Executive Conference Room at LC's Ft. McIntosh Campus.
