HL Mando CEO Cho Seong-hyun has agreed to expand cybersecurity technology collaboration with Argus Cyber Security, a global leader in automotive cybersecurity.
Cho met with Argus Cyber Security CEO Ronen Smoly at HL Mando's booth at CES 2023 in Las Vegas on Jan. 5 (local time).
The CEOs of the two companies decided to apply the Argus CAN Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) solution to HL Mando’s electrification system products, such as brakes and steering, beginning from January this year.
The two companies signed an MOU for automotive cybersecurity technology collaboration in September 2022. They completed a software proof of concept (POC) process in December 2022 and started business cooperation in earnest.
