Gfinity PLC said Wednesday that Athlos Game Technologies has secured a one-year rolling commercial agreement with global mobile-game operator Playgendary.
The esports and gaming company said that the Athlos Tournament Platform will be integrated into Playgendary games starting in 2023, with game titles outlined in due course.
Athlos--which is 100% owned by Gfinity--will be paid a monthly fee based on the number of active users.
Playgendary is a global top-10 mobile-game developer with three billion downloads, it said.
Financial details of the deal weren't disclosed.
