The purpose of this webinar is to delve into one of the most challenging aspects of working with a Cloud Service Provider (CSP), the conduct of Incident Response and Forensic Investigations. This challenge exists because far too many CSP customers believe that placement of data and applications into the cloud makes these functions the responsibility of the CSP. Most if not all CSP’s have in turn drawn a clear line in their responsibility for such activities in contracts, service level agreements (SLA’s) or supplementary documentation. This results in the customer learning their responsibilities at the time of critical need, when the incident is discovered or after the fact and when they are trying to clean up from the loss.
