Recently, the General Office of the National Development and Reform Commission announced the evaluation results of the National Enterprise Technology Center for the year 2021. Fenjiu National Technology Center passed the evaluation with excellent performance of 79.6 points, jumping 28 places in the overall rankings. Breakthroughs have been made in liquor flavor, ecological brewing, new product development, mechanized brewing and technology improvement.

Over the past ten years, the Fenjiu National Technical Center has successively completed the liquor body design of the "light aroma", "strong aroma" and "mixed aroma" types as well as the development of more than 300 new products, and completed more than 40 projects in new technology improvement. In 2003, the Fenjiu National Technical Center was awarded the second prize of National Science and Technology Progress Award by the State Council.

Fenjiu has proposed to strengthen its lead on the demand side, and pay attention to the new pursuit of consumers. In the future, Fenjiu will continue to innovate according to the needs of consumers, launch more new products, and constantly improve the consumer experience.

According to Yuan Qingmao, Party secretary and chairman of Fenjiu, the production line of Fenjiu is currently using advanced and fully automated modern water flow technology in China. "Fenjiu is also one of the earliest liquor companies to implement a quality and safety traceability system," he said.
