DHS uses Superstorm Sandy to scare Americans with cyberattack

As cities along the East Coast continue to pick up the pieces left by Superstorm Sandy, it is projected that the storm will cost tens of billions of dollars to rebuild. The Department of Homeland Security has been quick to link the storm with the importance of cyber security and have emphasized the importance of protecting utilities and claim Sandy was just a taste of what could happen if the US is the victim of a cyber attack. So is it fair to link Sandy to a weak infrastructure? RT Web Producer Andrew Blake joins us to discuss.
