A conservative political action committee plans to run an ad in Iowa slamming Joe Biden.
The Wall Street Journal said the ad will attack Biden’s record on issues concerning black voters.
The ad is from the Club for Growth.
It seeks to draw focus on what the group casts as vulnerabilities in Biden's record.
Biden has been slammed for his record on criminal justice and his role in confirming Clarence Thomas.
The ad also shows of photo of Mr. Biden with the late South Carolina Sen. Strom Thurmond.
