The NCFI helps train state, local, territorial, and tribal law enforcement; prosecutors; judges; and others on how to prevent and investigate cybersecurity and electronic crimes. The institute, which the Secret Service operates in Alabama in partnership with the state’s Office of Prosecution Services, also shares relevant homeland security information on cybersecurity threats.
