Suspected Santa Monica gunman had 1,300 rounds: police
Officials have identified one of the four people killed Friday by a heavily armed man who rampaged through Santa Monica, Calif., before being shot to death in a gun battle with police at the library of a community college.Carlos Navarro Franco, 68, was shot near the end of the gunman's tear through a mile-long stretch of the coastal city, according to Los Angeles County Coroner's Office investigator Joyce Kato.
