Ubisoft detailed a new subscription program for PC, Uplay Plus, which will give players access to brand new Ubisoft games on launch. The service also offers access to premium DLC and other extra content, including premium editions, for only $14.99 each month.

This includes new releases later this year, such as Watch Dogs: Legion and Ghost Recon: Breakpoint, along with existing Ubisoft games; the publisher said 100 games will be available at launch. To get people in the door, however, Ubisoft is announcing free access, for a limited time, for those who sign up over the next two month (and supply a valid debit or credit card).

“The service will launch on September 3, but players who sign up between now and August 15 will be able to get free access to Uplay Plus from September 3 through September 30,” Ubisoft says.

Subscribers will also automatically be entered into Ubisoft-related betas and early access programs. “With Uplay Plus, you can download games directly to your PC, meaning that you can play offline-enabled games without connecting to the internet,” Ubisoft continues.

In addition to PC platforms, Uplay Plus will also be available on Google Stadia in 2020, Ubisoft says.
