Technology Director at Wittenberg-Birnamwood School District dies after car crash
A staff member of the Wittenberg-Birnamwood School District died following a crash earlier this month, the school district confirmed Monday.
Ben Deitz was the Technology Director at the school district. A GoFundMe page stated he was injured in a car crash on April 7. The school district said Deitz died this week.
The school district said counselors and staff will be available on Tuesday morning to provide support following this incident.
Additionally, the school district stated two resource lines are available for people who need more immediate assistance.
