Surveillance Unit for Portable Security
This is a unique, weatherized, low cost, highly portable, standalone, secure and robust product for surveillance and forensics. This device is suitable for secure video streaming of up to four cameras and high definition recording of outdoor events by either attaching to existing mountable infrastructure or freestanding without the need for cumbersome and expensive trailers or expensive, time consuming permanent installations. It is light weight and can be rapidly deployed by a single person in less than 15 minutes and used for short and medium-term deployments. It was originally developed for government video recording and traffic data extraction without the need for external power. Typical uses include: event and threat/problem area monitoring, previewing potential new permanent installations, building and road construction surveillance and other highly portable needs. The encrypted video feed can attach to cellular, WiFi, or point-to-point wireless with attachments for additional power through solar, generators or existing on-site power. Equipped for handling all types of cameras, radar, tracking and other video processing technologies. The device can be used in conjunction with the majority of surveillance needs including remote video viewing and control of pan tilt and zoom cameras, motion detection, and is alarm ready. Indoor and rooftop versions are also available.
