If your computer appears to be locked down, with a screen that displays this and an audio recording warning that you need to "call 864-335-2291 now for IMMEDIATE assistance", then you have been exposed to malware.
Do NOT call that number, do NOT pay attention to them.
Instead, call your local computer experts and let them handle it, as the remote support you receive from that number will likely further compromise your computer security.
