Societe Generale SA on Friday named Alain Voiment its new chief technology officer, as the French lender continues to refresh its leadership team.
Mr. Voiment starts in the new role on Nov. 1, replacing Carlos Goncalves, who was appointed chief information officer in June.
The Paris-based bank is in the process of reshuffling its top team, earlier this month tapping its investment-bank head Slawomir Krupa to replace Frederic Oudea as chief executive, and Marie-Christine Ducholet to lead its French retail bank.
Mr. Voiment joins the French bank's management committee, alongside new appointments Mai Nguyen and Ingrid Bocris, who are deputy chief executives of insurer Societe Generale Assurances.
