School of Cultural Technology participated in the Annual Career Talk event Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University
November 30, 2022, XJTLU Entrepreneur College (Taicang) held the annual Career Talk event, in which the School of Cultural Technology also participated and attracted a number of freshmen to participate enthusiastically. Students’ works were displayed in the main venue, including an exhibition of student game works that had broken into the final round of NetEase Games competition, one of the most prestigious in the region. This game also attracted a number of freshmen students to participate in the live interaction, who expressed their surprise at the game were made by our students and joined in the trial game.
In addition, our professors conducted a projection imaging installation in our school building, as well as a special classroom artwork display with a variety of wonderful works. During the School tour, many students entered the classrooms and interacted with our professors. At the end of this event, our faculty representative Dr. Lu Xiao, gave a detailed introduction to the School of Cultural Technology and our programme BA Arts, Technology and Entertainment with Contemporary Entrepreneurialism, which enabled the freshmen to have a better understanding of our school.
