Sarcos Technology and Robotics Corp. said Monday that Drew Hamer was appointed as the company's new chief financial officer.
Mr. Hamer was previously at Velodyne Lidar, "where he played a central role in fundraising from strategic investors and guided the company through a public offering," Sarcos said.
Mr. Hamer also serves on the board of Lightjump Acquisition Corp., Sarcos said.
Sarcos is a developer of robotics systems.
