This video demonstrates how to perform a computer scan to examine your computer for infiltrations. You can then email the results to ESET Customer Care for analysis (if necessary) You can read a full Knowledgebase article on this topic here:

Steps:
1. Open ESET Cyber Security or ESET Cyber Security Pro.
2. Click Computer scan → Smart scan. Be patient as the scan may take some time to complete.
3. Upon completion, a summary window showing the number of scanned, infected and cleaned objects will be displayed. Click OK.
4. To see detailed results of the scan log, click Tools → Log files.
5. Select Computer scan from the Log drop-down menu.
6. Double-click the line representing the most recently completed scan (the top line) to view the results.
