Renewal of Technology Millage is vital
On May 4, 2021, Monroe County residents have the opportunity to support children in all local school districts through the renewal of the Monroe County Educational Technology millage. I urge you to join me in voting yes.
This millage will be used solely for educational technology and related staffing. With the funding, classrooms will continue to be equipped with up-to-date digital learning tools, including computers, hand-held devices, equipment for on-line learning and expanded course offerings.
This millage is vital to ensuring that our children have technology access and opportunities to thrive in the digital world. The request is a renewal of what has been approved many times previously, and again, I urge you to vote yes.
