Need Help: Filtering a Quarantine List

https://www.ispeech.org/text.to.speech

Hello, I'm here a week after my laptop was attacked by some ransomware. As of writing this, the malware has stopped functioning after it was quarantined and I'm able to save my files without any signs of corruption upon laptop startup. Backup is already done.

My concern is the quarantine list: Malwarebytes was a bit too powerful and has quarantined a few registry keys and other files and folders than I never saw. I'm a novice computer user and I don't know what any of the registry keys do, so I'm afraid to filter the list out by myself. Attached here are the log of the first scan of the software prior to the quarantine and the FRST.txt and Addition.txt of today. (I don't know if the latter two can help since it's been a week since the attached scan.)

Can someone please help me know which keys and folders/files can/should be deleted, which can stay without affecting the system, and which absolutely need to be restored from the list? Thank you.
