Mobile Technology Engineer job with Royal Borough of Greenwich

As a key part of our application support team, our approach to mobile technology engineering and support is driven by outstanding customer service. We're looking for an experienced Mobile Technology Engineer to lead our team of 3 engineers to support our 4000+ staff.

By supporting staff to use and get started with mobile technology, you will help keep the organisation online, allowing us to deliver important services to our residents. You'll lead your team to give the best possible customer service; you'll set standards for service levels and behaviour; you'll act as a role model of commitment; and you'll develop your team to thrive. You'll be able to represent the team at senior levels, and to step in to solve the most complex or sensitive problems they may face.

Our digital strategy outlines the need for a modern support function which is always data and user-focused, and you will play a key role in making this a reality.

At the moment, the role will be 100% remote working. As the covid pandemic abates, we would like you to work partly from the office and partly from home.
