This is part I of a series of videos about what is happening in Minneapolis regarding their attempts to defund / abolish the police. In this part of the video I talk about the recent city council vote, where they voted unanimously (a veto proof vote) to defund / abolish the police.

It will now go to a vote in November among the city citizens, if some 'legal barriers' are cleared, according to the article. I hope they clear the hurdles and the city votes to abolish in November, I really do.

In the second part of the video I talk about how the city council went ahead with the vote yet three of their members have private security that is costing the taxpayers, $4,500 per day, PER DAY!
