Microsoft Build 2018: what to expect?

Microsoft is preparing for the Build meeting in Seattle on Monday. At this conference for the developer community, Microsoft executives such as Satya Nadella and Joe Belfiore, head of the operating system, will give keynote speeches.
We would like to hear more about Windows ML, the machine learning platform provided with the Windows 10 update last month. It allows developers to take advantage of pre-trained AI routines in their applications that can be run locally or through Azure Cloud. Windows ML can also take advantage of hardware acceleration from the GPU, and Build participants may like it.

With the timeline in Windows 10, Microsoft not only created a way to track work across multiple PCs but also track work on the iPhone or Android device. So far, this is mainly limited to syncing Edge browsing history and Office 365 applications on Android. However, the company has hinted in the past that the timeline will eventually be more profound. In this Build session, we can expect to get more information in this area, as well as how to store all the progress of Microsoft Graph. In particular, understand how the timeline better integrates with iOS.
After the launch of Windows Mixed Reality last fall, in addition to the introduction of mixed-reality headlines by PC vendors such as HP, Acer, and Samsung, Microsoft has been very quiet about the status of its VR and AR platforms. In just a few months, many of the headlines are much cheaper. In this build, Microsoft has another opportunity to persuade more developers to develop applications for mixed reality.
Microsoft’s latest financial report shows that its cloud business is booming. So don’t be surprised if your company spends a lot of time discussing Build on how to make Azure better for developers. In most cases, consumers will not notice this directly. But for brands and businesses, this is another way to ensure that their applications and online services are stable, secure and able to withstand the impact of potential demand.
