KON – Destruktion dekonstruiert

This animation was made within the scope of my diploma thesis which deals with deconstruction in the moving picture.
"KON" features deconstructive events along with the destruction of a glass object. In the early state of conception, the most important aspects of the theory of French philosopher Jacques Derrida were transferred from the field of philosophy into the moving picture. This results in systematic disorientation, distancing effects (V-Effects), the breach of viewers expectations and further optical deconstructions.
