MALVERN, PA, – Incident Management Technology is proud to announce the commercial release of the PAMS firefighter accountability and personnel response software. The commercial release of PAMS marks the first time that fire departments and incident commanders have access to a system capable of facilitating effective personnel accountability, end‐to‐end, and within the typical operational workflows of modern fire departments and incident management frameworks. The software is flexible and able to provide immediate benefit to volunteer, combination, and career agencies. The PAMS accountability process can improve response effectiveness and increase the operational safety of firefighters at every emergency incident.

Achieving accurate firefighter accountability has been a significant challenge for fire departments and incident commanders in the past. Existing systems and procedures fail to effectively capture and disseminate the data. PAMS software has been in beta release since 2019 and has been used during thousands of emergency responses during testing.
