I don’t know if I have a virus/malware or driver/hardware issues.

Last week I got BSOD. It said Kernel_Data_inpage_error, STOP: 0x0000007A. I looked on the Event Viewer and saw there were lots of error logs for 1003 Security - SPP.

I don't know if I have a virus/malware or driver/hardware issues.

I logged on to Dell and downloaded the latest driver updates and a new BIOS update.

However, the driver manager in Glary Utilities says I need to update four drivers: Intel HD Graphics 4600, AMD FirePro W4170 (FireGL V), Bluetooth Audio, and Realtek High Definition Audio.

Prior to this BSOD I have been having issues with computer running hot and fan running on full when I don't have any programs open.

I didn't upgrade my Windows 7 to Windows 10 during the free upgrade time frame. Last year I tried to workaround the expired upgrade offer and download it anyways. I've tried to look up when and my process on what I actually downloaded but I can't find the info to show here.

I think I've mucked up my computer in the process. I am still running Windows 7 Professional but my computer keeps trying to upgrade to Windows 10 and alerts me that it failed.

First, I want to make sure I haven't opened a backdoor when I tried upgrading my computer.

Second, I want to fix whatever process caused the BSOD.

Lastly, I want install Windows 10.

Thank you so much for any help you can give me!! I've been struggling to figure this out and I am not skilled enough to fix it.
