Here is how to remove your Apple Watch from its band: 

  • Put your Apple Watch face down on a soft surface, such as a microfiber cloth. 
  • On the back of your Apple Watch, there will be two horizontal buttons; one at the top and one at the bottom. 
  • To remove your watch band, push down the top button and slide out the band. 
  • Repeat the same step with the bottom button to completely remove the band.

  • Close the butterfly closure by folding in each side until you hear and feel a click. 
  • Hold down the quick-release button on the inside of the bracelet. You only need to hold down one.

  • Then take your new band and slid each end into the two openings. 
  • Slide each through until you hear a click.
