Here is how to remove your Apple Watch from its band:
- Put your Apple Watch face down on a soft surface, such as a microfiber cloth.
- On the back of your Apple Watch, there will be two horizontal buttons; one at the top and one at the bottom.
- To remove your watch band, push down the top button and slide out the band.
- Repeat the same step with the bottom button to completely remove the band.

If you have a link band for your Apple Watch removal is a little different. Here is how to do it:
- Close the butterfly closure by folding in each side until you hear and feel a click.
- Hold down the quick-release button on the inside of the bracelet. You only need to hold down one.
- As you hold the button, slowly separate the band into two pieces.
- Now, follow the same steps as above to finish the Apple Watch band removal.
