Enabling Technologies has recognized that attackers are increasing their attacks while organizations are working from home. To assist our customers, Enabling will offer three complimentary security services to help small and medium business better manage their risks. This allows Enabling to offer our customers advanced cognitive intelligence tools, Dark Web scans, and simulated Phishing exercises, then provide insights and guidance to identify and proactively resolve security vulnerabilities.
The first security assessment involves applying AI to find and understand risks to information. Cognni offers easy to navigate cognitive intelligence software, which highlights potential risks from cloud collaboration. Taking only a few minutes to set up, Cognni's tools get straight down to learning how workforces share and store business information. If oddities or potential mis-sharing occurs, Cognni raises that issue. There's no training needed, and the solution works in the background, autonomously, so neither the security team nor information workers will be disturbed.
The second security assessment is the Dark Web Scan. The dark web is where bad actors buy and sell information like credentials, credit card numbers, SSNs, etc. It has been published that bad actors can access systems in less than 20 minutes after they have stolen credentials. Enabling's scan will provide you with unique ID's, passwords, date published, and breach source. This will allow you to immediately notify them to change their passwords, determine if a breach has occurred, review password complexity policies, and improve security posture.
The third security assessment involves a safe phishing exercise for your employees to obtain a baseline assessment of their security awareness. This is entirely customizable and will direct end-users to quick tips and knowledge. This exercise will determine where to focus future awareness training, and identify areas to improve your security culture.
