Emisphere Technologies announces management changes (OTCMKTS:EMIS)
Emisphere Technologies (OTCPK:EMIS -5.9%) announced that Alan Rubino, will retire as President and CEO effective as of October 15, 2019 and will be leaving the Company.
The company has begun a search to identify a successor.
Following Mr. Rubino’s departure, Emisphere’s Chairman, Timothy Rothwell and Michael Weiser, Director, will comprise a Board subcommittee that will assume leadership of the Company’s executive team until a successor identified and hired.
