Given the state of the art of the different industries, we have seen disruption as a norm. Organisations are looking for the silver-bullet in some cases that help them to thrive in the famous "VUCA" environment. From the discussion panel, we would like to take a different approach on how to address that challenging topic.
We will explore concepts like "Liquid Organizations" and how it can help to reorganise the way organisations organise around a challenging problem.
Not least important, it's important to understand how Agile Viralization can be useful to spread the knowledge and the adoption of the previous concept.
At the same time, not only the structure and the way we communicate changes, but also the type of Leadership required for not being laggards, taking the example from the Army.
