Datasea Inc. said its wholly-owned Shuhai Zhangxun Information Technology subsidiary had entered into a sales cooperation agreement to provide short message and 5G multimedia message services to Hubei Kuanyun Network Technology Co. Ltd.
Under the agreement, Shuhai Zhangxun would provide messaging services to help Hubei Kuanyun reach its clients, including suppliers, business partners, and customers.
The messaging services include but aren't limited to granting Hubei Kuanyun access to Shuhai Zhangxun short message and 5G multimedia message platforms; an access code issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology to adopt the services, and the telecommunications gateways of the three major Chinese mobile operators to allow data to flow from one discrete network to another.
The deal is valued at no less than $4.3 million, and runs for one year.
Datasea shares were up 13%, to $2.32, in premarket trading.
