Cuyahoga’s taxes rise while population falls, with new jail woes, lonely Tim Ryan, airport hacking secrecy and Troy Smith on the Avengers: This Week in the CLE

In the latest episode of This Week in the CLE, we look at the the high and rapidly increasing taxes in Cuyahoga County and what they mean for the economic future. Reporter Pete Krouse offers his thoughts. He spent time with the Greater Cleveland Partnership, which sponsored a new tax study, and has been looking at how St. Louis aims to reduce taxes by consolidating municipal governments.
