What is this, why do I care and how can I use it to manage my security? In this talk I will present a Creative Commons framework management tool created and used at the City of Portland. The tool is provided at no cost for your organization. Additionally, we will cover the basics of the CSF, how we adapt the framework to the City's service catalog, track maturity, and manage a 5-year budget and plan
