Subcommittee on Government Efficiency, Financial Management and Intergovernmental Relations. Officials testified about various government agencies' computer security and about their ability to protect systems from fraud, misuse and cyberterrorism. A Government Accounting Office study gave most agencies pour grades and concluded that the government as a whole had failed to implement adequate security measures.
