US Customs and Border Security Computer System Crashes Thousands Of Travelers Delayed Today August 16 2019 the entire computer system for the US Customs and Border Security System crashed forcing border agents to manually process travellers through border cossings and all airports. For cruise ship travellers, this could mean major delays in disembarking cruise ships tomorrow morning as well as delays in embarking onto cruise ships. The Port of Miami. Port Canaveral and the Fort Lauderdale could all face delays in getting out to sea assuming all passengers make it to their ships at all. Later today the system seemed to be back up and running although a hack of the system may have taken place and could again.
