This just popped into our email account from a tipster identifying him or herself as “Bikesy,” who may or may not be the person who has been hacking DOT electric sign boards to put cars in their proper deadly context. Here is today’s example from a highway message board on Eastern Parkway near the entrance to the Brooklyn Botanic Garden:
