Corey Nachreiner, Sr. Network Security Strategist at WatchGuard Technologies, demonstrates a very basic, manual SQL injection (SQLi) attack, to educate you on how it works.

Attackers can leverage SQL injection in many ways. This demo shows a simple SQLi vulnerability in a user form. However, they often found in URL parameters, and many other areas of a web site, and attackers also use automated techniques today, to launch SQLi attacks against thousands of sites at once.
