Avoiding Abuse – The Harassment Stalker Solution

TTS

Are you being followed or abused by an ex-spouse or lover? The crime of stalking should be taken seriously according to the experts.

Most harassment stalkers are connected to the stalking victim according to author, Kristine Ohlson who wrote, Stalking the Divine; Contemplating Faith With the Poor Clares. Ohlson's statistics indicate victims are likely to be harmed once they become the prey of an abuser as more than eighty percent of all stalking victims are assaulted and of this group, thirty-one percent are sexually assaulted. Further, seventy-six percent of all women who are murdered were previously stalked by their tormentor. These statistics come from the aforementioned book by Ohlson.

Learning how to disappear and become invisible to those with access to public and private databases is essential for those being threatened by physical or emotional harm. And while law enforcement may have a role in the protection of the victim of an abuser, the crimes of telephone stalking, cyber stalking and workplace privacy invasions, and other stalker-related crimes may not be effectively handled by law enforcement. Privacy living will empower one to "disappear" beneath the radar and escape a stalker.

Through the use of an alternate name, one can rent a residence anonymously and eliminate their name and home address from public records, databases and credit bureau reports. A Trust may be used to hold residential property for the privacy advocate who wants no identity link to their home. While the use of an alternate name has been useful for privacy purposes and has been a legal practice in Western cultures, please check the laws in your jurisdiction prior to creating a new identity.

Money and assets can be hidden from a troublesome investigator who might work for "you know who" or the ex who has the time and resources to buy bank and asset database records. A trust checking account in lieu of a demand account held in your name is a worthwhile privacy resource. A properly registered Nevada Limited Partnership will shield assets from your identity when financial privacy is a primary goal.

The trust-owned automobile registered anonymously without mention of the trustee on the registration documents, title or insurance policy will disable a dangerous stalker's efforts when you are being hunted through certain government data banks.

Stalking victims can learn to travel, bank, work, and live anonymously. These privacy tactics empower one to avoid an invasion of privacy and prevent stalking or make an escape once a criminal is on your trail.
