Gorilla Technology Group Inc. said Thursday it was moving its corporate headquarters from Taipei to London.
The company said the U.K. is "home to several members of the core management team and tech staff, including talent absorbed following the recent acquisition of SeeQuestor's technology stack." Gorilla completed its acquisition of the video analytics provider earlier this month.
Gorilla also said its new R&D Lab will be housed in London.
Jay Chandan, the company's chairman and chief executive, said "establishing our headquarters in the U.K. is a logical next step as we become a global company."
Gorilla said it provides AI-based edge video analytics, IoT technologies, and cybersecurity.
